Barter is a skill in FOnline: The Long Journey.
Trading and trade-related tasks. The ability to get better prices for items you sell, and lower prices for items you buy.
NOTE: affecting NPCs prices (roughly 5% of skill changing price on 1%) and can be "rolled" due some negotiations
Initial value:
0% + (1 x PE) + (3 x CH) + (2 x IN)
Example:
Character with 4 Perception , 1 Charisma and 10 Intelligence will have
0 + (1 x 4) + (3 x 1) + (2 x 10) = 27%
