Covers a variety of high technology skills, such as computers, biology, physics and electronics. Can be used to hack computers.
Initial value:
0% + (2 x PE) + (3 x IN) + (1 x LK)
Example:
Character with 4 Intelligence, 5 Perception and 3 Luck will have
0 + (2 x 5) + (3 x 4) + (1 x 3) = 25%
