Traits modify different aspects of gameplay, including (but not limited to): Primary statistics, derived statistics and skills. Traits always have both positive and negative results.

You can choose up to two traits when designing a character (or none at all).

Trait Name Bonus / Penalty
Fast Metabolism (+) Increases the level of healing

(+) Reduces the healing tick time (+) Faster bleed recovery (-) Removes resistance to radiation and poisons (-) Doubles the speed of thirst, huger (-) Increase the overdose by 30%, but its decline rate is doubled

Bruiser (+) +3 Strength

(-) -25 to maximum Action Points

NOTE: Strength has to be 5 or above

Small Frame (+) +2 to Agility

(+) +5 Kg to max carry weight (-) Each point of Strength now gives +5 Kg to max carry weight instead of +10 Kg NOTE: Base Agility has to be 3 or above

Sadist (+) Your critical attacks cause more harm ( +15 to crit table roll )

(-) Your attacks require +15% AP

Finesse (+) Increase the base chance of critical hit by 15%

(-) You do not cause bonus damage from critical attacks

Kamikaze (+) Increases the regeneration of Action Points by 0.2 per Agility point

(-) Reduces the base Armor Class to 0

Heavy Handed (+) Increases Melee damage by 1 for each point of the Strength parameter.

(-) Reduces Action Points regeneration by 0.35 for each Strength point

Fast Shot (+) All ranged attacks require 15% less Action Points

(-) Aimes fire cannot be conducted, 66% of hits will be randomized

Bloody Mess Your attacks and finishing blows with weapons lead to critica death animations for NPC

NOTE: critical death animation prevents reviving of target (premanent death instead of KO) meanwhile those NPCs can not be skinned or butchered

Jinxed (+) +2 Intelligence

(-) Melee damage is reduced to 1 (-) All special Unarmed attacks against you are automatic succes NOTE: Base Intelligence must be 7 or above

Sure Footed (+) Your movement speed is not reduced by sneaking, dragging, pushing, or low HP

(-) If you suffer a knock-out you will be inconscious for twice as long

NOTE: Most likely, you will not get up without outside help if got KOed during the fight

Chem Reliant (+) The side effect of drugs (stage 2) lasts half as long

(+) Increase drug treatment by 30% (-) Chance of getting addicted to any drugs doubled (-) Increase overdose by 30% NOTE: You can not take it with a chem resistant trait

Chem resistant (+) Withdrawal time from drugs halved

(+) Reduces overdose from treatment by 30% (-) The effect of drugs lasts half as long (-) Reduces drug treatment by 30% NOTE: You can not take it with a chem reliant trait

Sexuality (+) +3 to Charisma

(+) sex increases Action Points regeneration by extra 1 (-) You lose 50 max HP NOTE: Base Charisma has to be 4 or above

Skilled (+) You gain extra skillpoints every level (int*level/2)

(-) Experience gains are reduced by half (-) Skills that are leveled by application can not be higher than 150%

Night person (+) +1 point to Intelligence and Perception at night

(-) -1 point to Intelligence and Perception at day

NOTE: Nighttime from 18:01 to 06:00, daytime from 06:01 to 18:00
