Alt m menu

Alt m menu is an important player tool, which allows players to perform in-game actions as well as toggling client features.

The menu itself is opened by using the combination of keys alt and m as the name suggests, below each button's function is explained:

• Face Hiding: will either hide or reveal the character’s portrait icon and name from other players. (Only available in certain equipment)

• Avatar Mode: Will toggle between Cursor, Hide, and Show methods for player portraits.

• Hide Desc: will either hide or reveal the ~lex description of the player character. (Only available in certain equipment)

• Hide Typing: will either hide or reveal the dots above a player character when they are typing.

• Radio Safety: prevents accidentally sending radio messages by pressing Shift Enter instead of Enter. With Radio safety on, you can only send radio messages with /r before your message.

• WSAD Movement: Toggles on/off using the WSAD keys for movement.

• RTS Movement: Toggles on/off using RTS movement

• Item Visor: will either turn on or off the item visor, which shows a name (and description if there is one) of any items, doors, or resources within the vicinity of the player.

• Wall Alpha: allows you to change the transparency of walls when F10 is pressed. A lower value will cause walls to become more transparent.

• Toggle NPC Icons: toggles whether NPC portraits are visible or not.

• Toggle Speech Radius: Toggles a visualizer for how far your character can be heard.

• Increase/Decrease Speech: allows you to set the distance you can be heard from. Any player outside of that distance will see less of the words you type. (although dots will be visible)

• Rolls: allow you to select from a menu of varying dice rolls, with some being based off your SPECIAL and some being based off of d# dice.

• Animations: allow you to select certain animations for your character, such as going prone, leaning, etc.

• Actions: allow you to select certain actions such as lying down, afk mode, and allowing you to check your player ID.
