The practical application of the Science skill for fixing broken equipment, machinery and electronics.
NOTE: repair items makes you tired very fast. timer depends on your stats and deterioration of repaired item

20 - ST - EN, capped at 5 minimum. so, upon summ of 15 of those stats will make your timer minimal. |
Initial value:
0% + (1 x ST) + (3 x IN) + (2 x AG)
Example:
Character with 4 Strength , 5 Intelligence and 3 Agility will have
0 + (1 x 4) + (3 x 5) + (2 x 3) = 25%
